Desktop Support
The company is expanding its Bangkok offshored service centre and is therefore looking for a motivated person to join the IT Support team. The role includes:
- Provide helpdesk support to desktop users in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur.
- Perform administrative tasks for network covering Europe such as daily monitoring of system backups and weekly reporting on the status of anti-virus and operating system patches. Further duties include management of the software license register and the asset register for hardware.
- Interact with other members of the I.T. team while working and carrying out basic research on your own.
- Assist in other day to day IT related tasks as required.
- Occasionally work outside normal working hours when the situation requires
- Perform administrative tasks on the Windows Domain
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Thai nationality
- Fluent English communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Experience in administering a Windows Server 2003 Domain environment
- Experience in building PCs, diagnosing and resolving PC problems
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office package -Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Good team player with customer service in mind
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to react well to an ever changing work environment.
