Q: How do you validate any discrepancies, where we may have been over-charged for our water?
A: Where appropriate full on-site surveys are undertaken by our engineers in order to validate any charging discrepancies identified during the course of our desktop audit. In addition, the surveys are also used to determine supply and drainage arrangements, enabling us to evaluate the scope for opportunities in relation to water conservation, recycling, alternative supply and wastewater treatment/disposal.
